The NetCPlus Move

The NetCPlus organization has decided, with considerable regret, to leave the US after over 8 happy and successful years of developing and selling our software here, and return to our roots in the UK, which is after all where NetCPlus originated some 20+ years ago. 

This major move commenced on April 25, 2008, and we expect to have completed the relocation of all areas of the organization by the middle of June, 2008 at the very latest, at which time we will once again be ready to respond to customer's phone calls and faxes. 

At this time we can be contacted by email, but we still do not have any phone numbers available until this major move is completed and the phone systems are installed and tested in our new offices.

Please contact us by email at the normal netcplus.com EMAIL addresses, and we will do our best to ensure these are answered as rapidly as possible.

Both our Sales and Support staff will be continuing to respond to emails, but fax and telephone contacts will not be available for a further short period.

In the event that you need to register a new NetCFax or BusinessMail system urgently because your evaluation period is running out, you can call (+1 44) 07990 578 148 which is a personal mobile number in the UK.  This mobile # can ONLY be used for new product registrations (not support questions) and is available from 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday GMT.

If you require technical support, please send an email to support@netcplus.com and include your product serial #, the FULL product version, and your support request.  We are afraid that any requests that do NOT include the information shown above will not be replied to...
