THE PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSION 

How we can help you set up your NetCFax systems 
initially, or help you to use all the advanced features.

NetCFax is of course a very powerful networked fax system, and yet all versions are really pretty easy to configure for handling most of your normal business faxing needs. 

However, we do understand that for many people, computerized fax  systems (and others for that matter) are a little unusual, and you may not feel entirely comfortable configuring all of the many options that NetCFax can provide to optimize your own particular requirements.

If you have just installed or registered NetCFax, you can of course take advantage of the free technical support that we provide for a period of three months if you have a relatively simple question.  However, the free support system is not intended to let us talk you through an entire installation or to go through all of the options provided by NetCFax with you.

If you feel that you would like this sort of detailed help with this, we have our PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSIONS that can assist you with this easily and relatively cheaply.

Taking advantage of our PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSION is very simple - Quite naturally we have experienced and expert staff who understand our products in every detail, and they can quickly explain exactly how you can achieve the results you want from NetCFax. Most of the engineers you will talk to are actually part of the product development team, and therefore have a significant and in depth understanding of the product. 

Our staff offer you a personal, one on one telephone session that will let you go at your own speed, and go through with them exactly what you want to know, or what you want the server to do, or what issues you have that you would like NetCFax to resolve for you.

They will do their very best to explain step by step whatever you want to go through, and talk you through performing all of the steps required from setting up the server to meet your own personal needs, to setting up the fax clients, and if you wish, they will even explain to you why these are the correct or most appropriate steps or choices as well.

They are quite happy to  provide information on issues not directly related to our own software, such as TCP/IP addressing, Windows network setup etc during these sessions, but please remember that the charges will be increased every 30 minutes you are using the service.

We are also happy to use remote assistance as a part of these Personal Support Sessions, which can allow us to take control of your PC and show you exactly what we are doing, or let us do the searching or configuration for you.  PLEASE NOTE that we do make a small additional charge to do this.

USING "REMOTE ASSISTANCE" SYSTEMS TO HELP YOU

If you are running Windows XP, and want us to use the "Remote Assistance" feature provided with XP, we are happy to do so as a part of your Personal Support Session..  You will of course still need to be on the phone with our engineer as he does this, as they will advise you all the way what they are doing, why they are doing so, and how you need to set it up on your machine.  If you only have a single dial up connection then we are afraid you cannot use this service.

If you are running the Fax Server or Fax client on a Windows Server 2000/2003 system, we are also willing to use a remote Desktop Session (RDP) to access your machine directly and to make configuration changes/suggestions, but please note that using RDP sessions does mean that you cannot "look over our engineers shoulders" as they make these changes.  This is due solely to limitations in the way that Microsoft allow a Windows RDP session to be accessed/controlled.


What does it cost ?


The PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSION service costs 
only $60 for each call of up to half an hour

Although most unlikely, if you want to continue the session over the initial half an hour, the cost for the additional time is only $45 per subsequent hour or part of an hour.

To take advantage of the PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSION is very simple, as all you need to do is call our support line (727 391 5872) between the hours of 10 -4 EST on weekdays (not weekends) and ask for a PERSONAL TUITION SESSION.  You will be asked for your credit card details, which will be charged the fee of $45 for the first half hour period (plus tax if a Florida resident)


Once your credit card has been charged, our support technician will then be ready to go through whatever you want to discuss or do. 

If you are located in the contiguous Unites States (ONLY -  we are afraid we will not make these calls back to Hawaii or Puerto Rico or Alaska) then we are happy to call you back initially, but please note that if the call exceeds the initial 30 minutes, you will be asked to call us back to continue the extended session. 

Before you make this call, please ensure that you are sitting at the machine on which NetCFax is running, and that you have the product serial #, the version you are running and it's license count information available.  Also please be ready to explain in as much details as possible to our engineers exactly what you would like them  to do for you or to explain to you.
