By default, NetCFax displays the
window shown below when a document is sent to the fax printer.
This allows you to change the name of the faxable file that has
been created (give it a more meaningful name) and also to decide
whether you just want to save it to the faxable files cabinet, or
of course, send it off as a fax immediately.

Different people use a fax system
like NetCFax in different ways, but if you would prefer to always
go directly to the initial fax creation window instead to send the
newly created faxable file immediately, you can of course change
this.
To do so, select the "Fax
Printer Options" on the Printing menu, and the dialog
shown below will appear. Just select either of the other options, and thereafter you will no longer see
the window above.

The third "mode" that
is available to fax clients (only) is the rather useful "Quick Fax Setting" which
lets you bypass all other fax creation wizard windows and just
have the system go
directly to the final wizard page to send the document you just
printed to the fax printer.
Naturally, you can always return and change
the default back again if you want to do so at a later date
