How to have NetCFax email copies of all faxes received to your standard email account or even to your handheld email device

BACK TO INDEX PAGE
NetCFax provides many powerful features to allow you to receive copies of all faxes received by email.

In fact, if you use the automatic fax to PDF conversion that we provide, you can have the PDF copies emailed instead of the TIF (Fax) file)

As you can see there are many other tabs on this property sheet, and these allow those with Pro and PRO+ to forward by email or even by fax based on different conditions.

In addition to allowing you to specify a single email address, you can even have them sent to a list of email addresses.  This means that you can have copies of all faxes received by NetCFax delivered to both your normal email account and to the email account used by your handheld/mobile devices as well.

As shown in the window above, you need to enter a sender address in all cases, and the recipient email address if sending to a single recipient.  If you want to send it to a corporate email server on your network or anywhere else, you can also specify the SMTP server name or IP address, and the TCP port to be used for the connection.  This allows you to send these emails to private email servers that may well not use the standard TCP port 25 for SMTP connections.

Finally, if you do specify a server, you can also specify the login id and password that will be required if that server demands SMTP authentication.

To enter the list of email addresses, we even provide the window shown below.
