By installing any of these packages, you are agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions:

This is a legal agreement between you, the User, and the Owners and Authors of this software package. By opening the software packet, and/or installing the software on any computer system, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must NOT install this software, and you must either promptly return all software files, documentation and any packaging to the Authors/Owners at your own expense and/or delete the installation program from all computers on which it may be installed.

By agreeing to this license, NETCPLUS grant you a non exclusive license to install and use this software on a single PC, but this does not in any way transfer to you or anyone else any rights or ownership whatsoever to the product or any part thereof.

NETCPLUS distribute this software package in various combinations and formats from time to time as one or more ZIP or installable EXE files containing the applications themselves and their supporting files and documentation.

If you wish to distribute this complete installation package, you may do so but YOU MUST link to our web site to obtain and provide the current release product file(s). The package(s)MUST only be distributed it their entirety and the distribution file MUST ALWAYS be obtained from our own web site's download link each and every time it is provided to another party. We EXPRESSLY FORBID any person or organization from holding or storing any of our packages in any format whatsoever for distribution to others, and you MAY NOT make available any PREVIOUSLY STORED copy or copies of any of our packages to any other person or organization whether private or public without the express written permission of NETCPLUS.

No file(s) or any other part of any package distributed by NETCPLUS may be included with or used as a subsidiary or other part of any other product to form a part or whole of any other whole or part software package or other product of any type without the express written permission of NETCPLUS.

NETCPLUS are happy to negotiate with third parties to allow distribution of this software, but this must be agreed in writing before any form of distribution takes place.

Unless otherwise provided for by a formal site license or other form of multiple installation license, you may only install and use one copy of the software on one computer at any one time. You may not install it on any other computer using the same serial number or registration code.

If you have multiple licenses for the software then you may use as many copies at any one time as you have licenses. "Use" means loaded in temporary memory or permanent storage on the computer. Installation on a network server solely for use to facilitate centralized software installation to network client computers is not "use", always provided that you have licenses for each client computer on which the software is installed

If physical users will exceed the number of licenses, you must have a reasonable process to assure that the number of persons using the software concurrently does not exceed the number of licenses.

This software is protected by Worldwide Copyrights and by worldwide Treaties and Laws. You may make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer it to a single hard disk or other magnetic or optical media provided that you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.

You may not rent or lease the software or copy any written or electronic materials accompanying the software, but you may transfer the software and all accompanying materials on a permanent basis, if you retain no copies, the recipient agrees to the terms hereof, and you notify NETCPLUS in writing after doing so, providing us with the new owners name, address and other contact details.

Any transfer must include the most recent update of the product. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any of the software contained in the distribution or downloaded from our own or any other web site or FTP site. You may not loan, lease or transfer the software except under the terms of this agreement.

If at any time Authors or Owners or their Agents have reason to believe that any software is being used in violation of any part of this license, they reserve the right to withdraw their permission (without notice) for any further use of the software. Any such withdrawal and any actions required by you to re-establish permission to use the software will be solely your responsibility and wholly at your own cost.

The responsibility is solely your own to try and test the software as shipped or downloaded during the evaluation period we provide to ensure that it works correctly in your particular environment, and that it performs the tasks you expect and want it to perform to your satisfaction. If you subsequently register the package(s) you will be deemed to have done all of the above and agree to these terms in full.

Because these software packages are provided as full access, limited period evaluation systems which allow you sufficient time to test it's functionality in your own time and on your own computers and/or networks before registering and paying the authors and publishers for it, no claims for full or partial refunds of the registration fee will be accepted for whatsoever reason.

This includes any charge back made on any credit card that may have been used to register the software. Any such action will be deemed to be theft of our legal copyright, and we will institute legal and other remedies against the card holder concerned in accordance with our rights under local and international law.

We do not warrant that the functions of the software will meet with your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. You assume the full responsibility for selecting the software to achieve your intended results, and for the subsequent use and the results obtained from the software.
