I wanted to write to you that I
appreciate your product and its functionality.
Your product was a little too
functional !
In my physician's office we were
averaging up to 70 faxes a day and we needed a solution to route the
faxes to various staff members. The nice part was that we did not need a
manual fax machine and could fax data from within our electronic health
record using your software.
Unfortunately our receptionist who
used to spend a minimal of 1 hour a day faxing saw her time spent in
front of the fax machine wittled down to 5 minutes a day with NetCFax.
This left another 55 minutes each day for her to remain at her desk to
take messages.
When it became obvious that myself and
the other staff were going to stick with NetCFax, the receptionist
walked off the job muttering that she was 'fed up with the new fax
program'.
It seems that some people like wasting
time.

also Fast Task Switching under XP Pro SP1 & SP2, and even Remote
Desktop Sessions running on Windows 2000, 2003, Terminal Servers and
even SBS servers.

We have downloaded the product
NetCFax for our 15 day trail and urgently need this registration
as your product is very good and my staff are chewing my ass off

I just thought I would drop you a quick line. I tried to log in
from home to the NetCFax server at work by using an (Internet)
TCP/IP connection. I
opened up the firewall for port 7488 and it connected easily.
I am very impressed. I can now tell
my staff that they can send faxes from anywhere in the world.

Guys, you've got a good product
here. Easy to install on both the server side and the client side.
Modem configuration was all handled for me, and the rest of
the configuration wasn't much harder than that! Good stuff at a
GREAT price! Sy***tec totally lost out on this market!

thank you for your assistance in the ...... matter. This is the
first time that I have experienced a response to a technical issue
handled so quickly. We were using (another named fax product ) at
this site but canned them because their tech support was so poor.
