NetCFax Networked fax system

The County of San Bernadino Human Services department have chosen NetCFax Pro v3.1 as their fax system of choice. The system is being installed in all of their offices, spread across the entire San Bernadino area of Los Angeles, CA. These fax installations will provide full networked fax capability to all of the Social Service and other offices to help make the day to day operations more efficient by saving the significant time currently wasted sending and receiving faxes on numerous standard fax machines.

NetCPlus are pleased to announce that they have now signed an OEM agreement with the US based ProQuest Inc to use NetCFax v.2.6x.

ProQuest are now providing all of their customers with the option of having NetCFax pre-installed on all of the computer systems that ProQuest provide to the automotive dealership industry.

The partner company of ProQuest in the US, Reynolds and Reynolds, are also a part of this agreement, and they are installing NetCFax on all of the systems they ship as the fax system of choice, installing systems into the same market arena.

The automotive dealerships covered by this agreement include those across the entire mainland USA plus all of Canada.

Allow me to tell you how pleased I am with your product.

I downloaded NETCFAX Pro 3.16 and had the entire system installed and configured without one problem. It was intuitive, fast and an absolute pleasure to use a program that does what it is supposed to do. I have a unique environment where some of the legacy computers I am using will not see our server (MS SBS-2003) without "help". Your software handled the situation without a hitch.

I had been tasked with setting up the fax server and clients for a company that had a list of required functions, your software filled them all AND had a bevy of other features that impressed my client. I certainly would describe your software as "Feature Rich"

I, Myself, am a consultant with over 25 years of computing and network experience. I have worked for Fortune 500 companies and ran several businesses of my own. I have worked on every level of networking and every OS Microsoft has ever made. My beta testing experience is also lengthy.

Rarely am I so moved to such a glowing recommendation. Not one of the other 'trial' packages worked as well as yours. Nor did my client like the "Look and Feel" of any package as much as yours. My client will be purchasing from you a 10 seat license before the 15 day trial ends.

I wanted to write to you that I appreciate your product and its functionality.

Your product was a little too functional !

In my physician's office we were averaging up to 70 faxes a day and we needed a solution to route the faxes to various staff members. The nice part was that we did not need a manual fax machine and could fax data from within our electronic health record using your software.

Unfortunately our receptionist who used to spend a minimal of 1 hour a day faxing saw her time spent in front of the fax machine wittled down to 5 minutes a day with NetCFax. This left another 55 minutes each day for her to remain at her desk to take messages.

When it became obvious that myself and the other staff were going to stick with NetCFax, the receptionist walked off the job muttering that she was 'fed up with the new fax program'.

It seems that some people like wasting time.

I just thought I would drop you a quick line. I tried to log in from home to the NetCFax server at work by using an (Internet) TCP/IP connection. I opened up the firewall for port 7488 and it connected easily.

I am very impressed. I can now tell my staff that they can send faxes from anywhere in the world.

Guys, you've got a good product here. Easy to install on both the server side and the client side. Modem configuration was all handled for me, and the rest of the configuration wasn't much harder than that! Good stuff at a GREAT price! Sy***tec totally lost out on this market!

Our company runs Windows XP on its network and have recently upgraded all our machines to XP SP2.

To our horror, we discovered that Winfax Pro no longer works with XP and SP1 or SP2, and apparently Symantec are not going to correct this issue, so we had to start looking for a new fax system to replace Winfax.

Fortunately, we found your NetCFax system and were amazed at how easy it is to install and configure, and yet how powerful it has proved to be, and how many features it provides. We are very pleased with it indeed, and are now using NetCFax across our entire network.

BusinessMail Email Server

I've just GOT to write to say thanks for all your efforts with the anti-spam system. I kept deleting the log file so I can't be precise but you have certainly spared us several thousand spam messages since the previous update. And I haven't been aware of any false-positives. BRILLIANT! I'll keep the log file this time round.

How on earth you can endure reading the wretched things I just cannot imagine. However, it really DOES the job amazingly well, and all without all the "whizzo" algorithms of the 'sophisticated' systems, so please please please keep up the good work, however horrible !!!!!

DanBroker are Shipbrokers based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and due to the many different, and some may say somewhat "unusual" types of email that we receive, we have rather special needs when it comes to the use of a mail server.

We decided we really did need a mail server such as BusinessMail, which is now our chosen product, to allow us to minimize the enormous amount of spam that we receive, while still delivering all valid emails to **all** of the staff! After considerable research, we found that no other mail server provided the same functionality as BusinessMail, and it also provided so many other useful features, we selected it as our chosen mail server system.

However, despite several (feeble and unskilled) attempts, we could not seem to find a way to make it do some of the important things that we as shipbrokers **really** did require, so we contacted NetCPlus about this, and they very soon agreed to modify BusinessMail so that it would suit our particular needs, and at a very reasonable consultancy cost. This was duly agreed and the work was done, and we are more than happy to say that BusinessMail now does precisely what a shipbroker such as ourselves requires of any mail server, and even more.

We have found the staff at NetCPlus to be extremely cooperative, and they even ensure that the special changes required for us (as shipbrokers) are still included in the more recent releases of this mail server, so that we are not suddenly unable to upgrade to the newer releases that all software developers release from time to time.

If you are seriously looking for a mail server to resolve your email problems, we would strongly recommend that you contact NetCPlus about BusinessMail, but make sure you tell them you are interested in the DanBroker version, as a small but special configuration change is required to make it behave in the way we require.

Even without the special changes made to BusinessMail for us by NetCPlus, we have to say that we found BusinessMail to be fast, reliable and effective in doing **exactly*** what we need, plus their staff have been both responsive and extremely helpful whenever we have needed to contact them.

In our case, and of course, for a small charge, they even handle upgrades to our system for us, or some special configuration that we do not understand, or other support directly on our server using the NetOp remote access package, which allows them to run our machine directly and transfer files, configure the server and even start or stop our machine directly from their own offices in Florida, USA.

If you are a shipbroker in particular, or any other business for that matter, with special requirements in respect of a mail server, I would heartily recommend BusinessMail as the best email server solution, based on my own experience of using BusinessMail and working directly with NetCPlus for some considerable time now.

Sitting here configuring systems (normal daily occurrence) I would just like to take the time to sing BusinessMail's praises. Having now installed and configured BusinessMail for company e-mail, I find that it is one of those 'rare' programs that does what it's vendors say it does.

Having mastered the setup configuration and gone 'live' with it in the company, it has simply brought us into the 21st century. I thoroughly recommend it to any administrator/company who relies upon easy, external/internal communication in their business.

Please feel free to use my recommendation(s) in any marketing that you carry out.

In addition, I would also like to say that communicating with your company either by e-mail or phone across the Atlantic from the UK to the USA is, I feel, easier and more efficient and professional than communicating with some of my other suppliers just down the road here in the UK.

In just a short time the Spam filter seems to be working as advertised. It has almost 200 entries to date and has killed 50 or so Spam attacks so far. The right click add to Spam filter is an outstanding feature. A feature like this will save a corporation countless dollars by eliminating unnecessary e-mail to employees. You can bet when my review comes around I will take as much data from BusinessMail as I can get for ammunition and show them what a good job I'm doing.

Wow! Enjoy the benefits of Internet E-mail! For those of you who have stepped up to owning their own business and want a unique e-mail address to go with their Domain name, as well as addresses for all of their employee's, look no further than BusinessMail ! You can connect via DUN through an automatic dialer or via a LAN/WAN. It has a good filter system which can be used to get rid of all of that junk mail you don't need and this latest version has some coding improvements to speed things up. Very good!

P.S. I had the application installed, configured and three clients setup on this system in under 20 minutes. That's simplicity in itself. Excellent program overall.
