THE PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSION or how we can help you set up your BusinessMail server initially, or help you to use all the advanced features. BusinessMail is of course a very powerful mail server and anti spam system, and yet it is relatively easy to configure.
However, we understand that for many
people, email systems such as BusinessMail seem to be a "black art", and perhaps the thought of
having to set up a mail server by yourself may be daunting enough to
make you decide that you don't really need a mail server.
Nothing could be further from the truth, BusinessMail configuration wizard makes it a real snap to get the server up and running immediately after installation, but...... BusinessMail does of course, like all other powerful Window's based programs, have a large number of menu options, leading in many cases to property sheets full of options, but these are all provided as a simple gateway to all of the advanced features built in to the server. BUT YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE MOST OF THESE, at least until you feel comfortable with the server, and are ready to find out exactly how you can have BusinessMail control all of your email handling effectively and efficiently. So lets cut to the chase ... Taking advantage of our PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSION is very simple - Quite naturally we have experienced and expert staff who understand our products in every detail, and they can quickly explain exactly how you can achieve the results you want from BusinessMail. (or our other products) They offer personal, one on one telephone sessions that let you go through with them, at your own speed, exactly what you want to know, or what you want the server to do, or what email issues you have that you would like BusinessMail to resolve for you. They will explain step by step what you need to do, and talk you through performing all of the steps required to setup the server to meet your own personal needs, and if you wish, they will even explain to you why these are the correct or most appropriate steps as well. They will even provide information on issues not directly related to our own software, such as TCP/IP addressing, Windows network setup etc. What does it cost ? This PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSION service costs only $45 for each call of up to half an hour, and although most unlikely, if you want to continue the session over the initial hour, the cost for the additional time is only $35 per subsequent hour or part of an hour. To take advantage of the PERSONAL SUPPORT SESSION is very simple, as all you need to do is call our support line (727 391 5872) between the hours of 10 -4 EST on weekdays (not weekends) and ask for a PERSONAL TUITION SESSION. You will be asked for your credit card details, which will be charged the fee of $45 for the first half hour period (plus tax if a Florida resident) Our support technician will then be ready to go through whatever you want to discuss or do. Before you make this call, please ensure that you are sitting at the machine on which BusinessMail is running, and that you have the product serial #, the version you are running and it's license count information available.
